VW Golf is best selling car of the month

Figures have shown that the Volkswagen Golf was the UK’s bestselling car during the month of February. Unsurprising as many of my friends own or have recently bought a VW Golf in Kent. I am looking at ways to reduce my cost of motoring as I have to travel for work.

The entire automotive market showed a 7.7% decline in the month of February compared to the same time last year. Volkswagen managed to sell an impressive 2,709 Golfs with second place Vauxhall Corsa selling almost 100 cars less.

The figures emphasise Volkswagens reputation for quality and reliability. The Golf is highly recommended by the friends of mine that own one and suggest I get involved with the Golf crew. I have been looking at the new VW BlueMotion technology and it looks like a new Golf could really save me money.

I think I am going to visit my local VW Kent dealer for some friendly advice to minimise my motoring costs and take a look at the great range that they seem to offer. The Golf isn’t a best seller for nothing so I think I will have to take it for a test drive to see what the fuss is about.
