So, Skoda have unveiled a new look on the first day of the Geneva Motor Show. They have rejuvenated their brand identity to accommodate the modern automotive market.The new marketing strategy will aim to increase their sales in the coming years and gain them a bigger chunk of the automotive market.
The new logo will appear on their models from 2012. The current ‘natural’ green has been binned and replaced with a more prominent ‘Skoda Green’ on the winged arrow image. I wonder if we will be able to notice the difference.
The new marketing strategy will run across many channels. These include TV advertising, event marketing, the opening of 14 new dealerships and the launch of 2 new models in the upcoming years.
