Ford Dealer and Fish and Chip Shop Promote Active Lifestyles

Ford dealer donationSouthway School in Haywards Heath were overjoyed when Dinnages Ford dealer in Sussex and Jupp’s Fish and Chip Shop donated sports kit to their School.

The two businesses were really grateful to have the opportunity to give something back to their local communities. Marc Coxshaw and Steve King from Dinnages and Martyn Jupp from Jupp’s Fish and Chip shop attended a school assembly to hand over the new sports kit.

Marc Coxshaw, said: “We thoroughly enjoyed going back to school and seeing the children’s faces when the kit was handed over. It’s wonderful to have the opportunity to do something useful in the local community.”

They were overwhelmed by the reactions from the children. The school and businesses were delighted with the donation of football shirts, netball gear and other general kit to stimulate active lifestyles.

Headteacher at Southway School in Burgess Hill, Dinah Goss said: “It’s so important for children to have the opportunity to get involved in team sports, so this new kit is a great incentive for them to get active!”

“We are really grateful to both local businesses for this contribution to the local community which is much appreciated by staff and pupils alike.”

Jupp’s Fish and Chip Shop in Burgess Hill produces great quality take-away food for the local area. They cook the ordered meal to tailor for each individual request and give the customer a variety of choices when it comes to the way fish is cooked.
