Apparently when we are looking for cars we take a peek at car dealer websites between 7pm and 10pm. Makes sense really considering most of us are at work, this would be the perfect opportunity to have a browse.
GForces web management have launched Live Chat 24-7 to help people like me that work through the day and can’t contact a dealership during normal working hours. This means that if I have questions about a specific model I can ask the question and get a real time response, any time of the day or night.
An out of hours management service like this will be great for dealer web management, especially those that walk into a high volume of enquiries in the mornings. I’ve seen services like this before but never for automotive websites. It has certainly helped me make a decision on my next purchase.
