New Ford Fiesta Centura Released Soon

To help Ford celebrate their 100th they have unveiled that they will release a special edition Ford Fiesta called the Ford Fiesta Centura. The name is fitting considering it is to celebrate their centenary year in the UK. Ford dealers in Birmingham and across the UK are excited for the vehicles launch at the end of the month.

Only 1000 special edition models will be produced but they will be kited out with the most sought after Ford accessories. These will include 16 inch seven spoke alloy wheels, a parking camera mounted to the rear view mirror and reverse parking sensors to ensure the alloys remain unscathed. LED daylight running lights, automatic headlamps and windscreen wipers all add to the relaxing driving experience.

The limited edition new Ford Fiesta Centura will be available in three and five door variants and will be powered by a 1.25 litre 82bhp petrol engine. I’m not entirely sure what the mpg is for the model but the CO2 emissions are certainly low enough to allow the model to be exempt from road tax for the first year.

The Fiesta is one of Britain’s best loved Ford so it seems like the right choice to me. To honour the Model T, the first ever Ford vehicle in Britain in 1911 the new Ford Fiesta Centura will only be available in black just as the Model T was.
