To celebrate MINI’s 10th anniversary they have launched their Blast of with MINI Lunatics campaign. The virtual space world has many prizes hidden that owners can have the chance of winning by entering their mileage and being launched into ‘space’.
MINI has sold about 300,000 vehicles within the last 10 years and someone has calculated that drivers have travelled about 15 billion miles in them collectively. This equates to 600,000 round the world journeys or (this is where the space part comes in) 33,000 return journeys to the moon.
After MINI owners have entered their details into MINI Lunatics the MINI will fly into space where it will eventually stop at a virtual space docking station. Here drivers will have the chance of winning a variety of prizes. By clicking on the moon MINI owners can enter a prize draw by finding seven hidden words that have been placed across the website.
