Alfa Romeo MiTo Builds Awareness for Heart Research UK

Alfa Romeo managed to rope in some athletes to help out on their latest campaign to raise money for the Heart Research UK charity. Four athletes took naked photographs beside a new Alfa Romeo MiTo to help with the fundraising highlighting that Alfa Romeo are official car supplier to UK Athletics.

Former Olympic Heptathlon medallist and 400m runner Kelly Sotherton, 1500m runner Lisa Dobriskey, Sprinter Harry Aikines-Aryeetey and 400m runner Iwan Thomas all took their kit off to help Alfa Romeo raise money for the great cause. Themed around power and beauty the campaign took on the “Without heart we could be mere machines” slogan.

To further raise awareness and support for Heart Research UK Alfa Romeo is going to be donating £100 for every new Alfa Romeo MiTO that is sold throughout the UK in red. Power and beauty really does help to represent the brand especially when you look at the Alfa Romeo Giulietta and MiTo. They have truly developed a deep connection between the brand, endorsers and charity which is very respectable and relevant.
